Volunteer with us

CBN Foundation welcomes individuals who are willing to contribute their time, skills, and compassion to support communities in need. Through our programs, volunteers can play a meaningful role in empowering disadvantaged women and supporting the education of students with disabilities.

By volunteering with CBN Foundation, you can use your time and abilities to bring encouragement, learning opportunities, and positive change to many lives.

Our Programs

Women’s Livelihood Program

Women’s Livelihood Program empowers disadvantaged women through skill training and entrepreneurship, enabling them to build independent and sustainable livelihoods. Many women face long-standing social and economic disadvantages that limit their opportunities. Through training and education, women are able to turn these challenges into pathways for self-reliance and dignity.

The program works closely with women in Self Help Groups through awareness programs and capacity-building workshops. These initiatives equip women with skill training, financial and digital literacy, sustainable practices, and mental health awareness.

Volunteers Can Help By

  • Supporting awareness programs with Self Help Groups
  • Assisting during skill training workshops
  • Helping conduct financial and digital literacy sessions
  • Encouraging women in livelihood and entrepreneurship activities

Educate Students with Disabilities & Disadvantages

Students with disabilities require knowledge, not sympathy. Often the girl child is prevented from further education and young boys lack employable skills. This program focuses on providing inclusive learning tools, accessible classrooms, and skill development opportunities for students with disabilities and disadvantages.

Through this initiative, visually impaired students receive tactile Braille books and assistive learning tools, while hearing-impaired students benefit from accessible classroom environments. The program also provides counselling, skill training, and placement support to help disadvantaged students build a better future.

Volunteers Can Help By

  • Supporting inclusive learning activities for students
  • Assisting with digital learning and computer education
  • Helping organize learning materials and resources
  • Encouraging students through mentoring and guidance

"Filt-Air was started to address the growing health challenges caused by air pollution in Delhi. We conduct workshops where students not only learn about the issue but also design and build their own air purifiers.

Partnering with CBN Foundation has been a meaningful experience, and we are encouraged to continue working together to bring practical solutions to communities."

When I came to Delhi, I experienced the impact of air pollution very differently compared to Tokyo. That made me want to be part of a solution.

Through volunteering with CBN Foundation, it was encouraging to see students so engaged as they built simple air purifiers themselves. It was both surprising and deeply satisfying to see their confidence grow.
